How to evaluate peers

It is not easy to evaluate others. Moreover, if our intelligence level is lower than them. There are some criteria that we need to consider in evaluating person. Firstly, we have to look at their performance. I mean the way that they are presenting their work and convey the ideas. Frankly speaking, I saw my friends are good enough in presenting their teaching before. Each of them is success in delivering their brilliant ideas and opinion. Besides, they are look confident although sometimes they use the hesitant language. This is maybe due to the reasons that we have been trained to speak and give comments in front of the audience. It is so great when we can evaluate people because we can learn through them. I feel excited when we are given the evaluation form to give the comments on our friend’s presentation. This is because we are free to give any comment that comes into our mind whether it is irritating or not. Usually, we tend to comment it honestly and our peer has to accept that with so much pleasure.

I am totally agreed with Zuwariyah’s comment about conveying ideas. As a teacher, we should make sure that our instructions are clear to the student. We also need to be awre of the various materials that we are using. We need to find the most suitable ways in teaching our students so that they can understand the ideas or messages that we are trying to convey. Other than that, a teacher should be prepared before he/she enters the class. We need to make the lesson interesting enough for the students as we want them to enjoy our class.

As same as her stand, i also think my friends was really great as the teacher. they did ir in a great way, the way they control the class and tahe way they manage to overcome the students.
